GOVERNMENT ACTION PLAN PRESENTED TUESDAY EVENING MEPs go to work

Tuesday will be a busy day for representatives of the people.

The elected representatives of the people will have to roll up the sleeves. The 462 MPs will have to discuss the Action Plan as early as Tuesday evening. The Prime Minister, Abdelmadjid Tebboune will lead his staff on the evening of 20 June to the NPC to spread out his road map. 'The Action Plan will be presented to MPs on Tuesday night,' a AFN source said. Scheduled for June 21, the next day, the government wanted to make it fast. Thus, the president of the NPC stopped its planning in consultation with the government well before the meeting, planned today, with the heads of the parliamentary groups for the same objective.
To make up for lost time, the National People's Congress will do three things at once. Its president, Saïd Bouhadja, will chair the meeting Tuesday, Installation of the parliamentary structures in plenary and immediately after it will gather its office to validate the schedule fixed by the government. In the evening, MPs will be invited to the presentation session of the Action Plan. In a clearer way, the day of Tuesday promises loaded for the representatives of the people.
After one month's paid leave, they will officially mark the recovery. This is not a simple matter during these long days of fasting. Several MEPs wanted to postpone the review of the Action Plan after Eid, but the government did not want to wait any longer. He had originally planned to present his Plan of Action for tomorrow June 18, but because of the AFN's delay in the installation of its structures he eventually postponed it. However, Is not everything. Rule 55 of the Rules of Procedure provides that the Government must deliver its documents seven days before the presentation of the Action Plan. The project was handed over to the AFN on Wednesday, just after its adoption by the Council of Ministers. The AFN will probably adopt this project before the Eid to quickly release the government. The project will pass for a simple reading within the Council of the nation to just obey a compliance procedure. At the meeting last Wednesday, President Abdelaziz Bouteflika outlined the main lines to be followed while asking his government not to resort to external indebtedness and to be satisfied with the resources Financial resources available. The Prime Minister will have the task of finding out where to find the money that will be used to finance the projects in progress or those to be envisaged. Abdelmadjid Tebboune will have to explain to his deputies his method of work. This is not an easy affair.
In these times of crisis and with the maintenance of state subsidies to broad-based consumer products, which cost the government a lot of money, the Tebboune government faces a serious challenge. The latter intends to apply a policy which consists in targeting the sections of the population who will have to benefit from State aid. According to the communiqué of the Council of Ministers, the Tebboune government's action plan 'is part of the continuation of the implementation of the President's program'. It ' Articulates, among other things, the strengthening of the rule of law, freedoms and democracy, as well as the consolidation of good governance, the promotion of national identity and the preservation of memory. Improvement of the living environment through housing supply, access to energy and water, and preservation of the environment, improvement of the national education and training system and Scientific research and the modernization of the national health system, are also priorities for the government of the new Prime Minister, Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
